Here are some proof of vaccine and legal drug/medication documents that may come in handy as you get ready to compete at USEF-licensed shows this year!
- USEF Proof of Vaccination Record – As you know USEF GR845 requires that all horses entering the show grounds at a USEF-licensed show be able to show proof of vaccination against both Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes viruses within the last 6 months of a competition. Have your vet fill out this form for your horse and keep it in your Trailer tack room or with your Show paperwork in case a USEF representative at your show requests those records.
