RIDERS/AUDITORS
Riders should be comfortable being instructed in front of a large audience, as there may be 100 or more auditors in attendance. Horse owners are NOT exempt from auditing fees. If not selected to ride, applicants are strongly encouraged to audit, but please do not send in auditor registrations until you have been informed that you have not been selected to ride.

Auditor registration available at https://azdressage.org/ada-2017-dressage-clinic-auditor/.  Fees for early registration (before September 30th): ADA Member: $45 single day/$80 two days; Non-Member: $55 single day/$100 two days.  Late Registration (after September 30th): ADA Member: $50 single day/$95 two days;Non-Member: $60 single day/$120 two days.  University Credit is available for all USDF Members. Fee: $5 for both days. Maximum of 2 University Credit.

L Program Participant registration available at https://azdressage.org/2017-dressage-clinic-l-participant/.  Participant Fee is only available for USDF L Program Graduates. The Participant Fee includes a maximum of 4 CE credits, lunch daily, special seating, with question and answer sessions with Janet Foy throughout the clinic. (There is no extra charge for CE credit/University Credit for the Participant Fee).

DEADLINES AND SELECTION PROCESS
Rider applications – Closed for Submissions. Rider applications and videos must be received on or before July 15, 2017 in order to be considered. We are not responsible for late or misdirected mail, faxes, or e-mail. Applications and videos are not reviewed until after the deadline submission. The clinic rider selection committee will notify all applicants of their selection status no later than August 15, 2017. For fastest notification, please provide a current e-mail address on your application. We will not publish or release the names of applicants not selected, nor will we inform third parties (such as horse owners) as to the status of an application, without the written consent of the applicant. Videos will not be returned unless a self-addressed stamped envelope is included (make sure there is enough postage!). The final deadline for video submission in July 15, 2017. Applicants will be notified of selection by August 15, 2017.

VIDEO
Please submit a YouTube or other video link of the horse and rider on application, performing the highest test of the level. The video does not need to be from a show.

FEES AND CANCELLATIONS
The clinic fee is $300, which includes one clinic ride per day, lunch for each day and snacks. The clinic fee does not include stabling, hotel, transportation or additional food costs. Full payment of clinic fee is due within seven (7) days of clinic selection notification. Selected riders cancelling will receive a refund, minus a $25.00 processing fee, if a replacement rider can be found. If no replacement is available, the rider will not receive a refund unless cancelling due to verifiable medical or veterinary reasons.

FORMAT AND SCHEDULE
Adult Amateur, Junior/Young Rider, and Open riders are encouraged to apply for this clinic. We want to present each level from Training to Grand Prix. The clinic format will consist of one horse and rider presented at each level in 45 minute blocks each day. Clinic hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a break for lunch and usually two short breaks. The clinicians will field questions between rides. Riders must participate in both days of the clinic; it is not possible to apply to ride for one session only.

STABLING
If selected to ride in the clinic, you will be given instructions for payment of your stall and ordering shavings.
Stabling fee:  $75.  Friday – Sunday.  Shavings:  $11.30 per bag.
