Dear Members,
ADA is thrilled to announce this year’s volunteer and committee award recipients. These awards recognize individuals whose service, leadership, and dedication made a meaningful impact on ADA and its membership over the past year.
Recipients were nominated by the ADA Board of Directors, with consideration given to overall service, scope, and impact.
Committee Members of the Year (Co-Recipients): Cathy Jones & Cindi LaCroix
Cathy and Cindi served as co-leaders of ADA’s educational initiatives over the past two years, delivering a highly successful education series—including the Core Transformation program—and other learning opportunities for members.
Cathy was recognized for hands-on leadership in organizing and teaching sessions and enhancing participant experiences with additional materials.
Cindi was recognized for outstanding fundraising, securing approximately $20,000 in sponsorships for the Foy/Peters Clinic and ADA, helping expand and sustain educational programming. Together, their collaborative leadership has reinvigorated ADA’s focus on education and established a strong foundation for future programming. Congratulations Cathy & Cindi!
Volunteer of the Year: Megan Weinstock
Megan volunteered at nearly every ADA event throughout the year—often working multiple days and supporting a wide range of roles. Her reliability, flexibility, and consistent presence have made her an invaluable part of ADA’s operations.

Please join us in congratulating Megan on receiving the 2025 Volunteer of the Year award.
New! Impact Award: Callie Bonine
Callie donated extensive professional design expertise to ADA’s rebranding initiative—creating a new visual identity, a comprehensive style guide, merchandise concepts, and a suite of marketing materials used across advertising, promotions, and fundraising. Her work significantly strengthens ADA’s brand presence and communications and will have a lasting impact on the organization.

Please join us in congratulating Callie on receiving the 2025 Impact Award.
