Showing Opportunities
PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION
We believe every step forward matters. Whether it’s mastering a new movement or deepening the horse-rider bond, progress at every level is worth celebrating.
EDUCATION FOR ALL
Dressage is a lifelong learning journey. We provide access to high-quality, evidence-based education to support riders, trainers, and horses at all stages.
COMMUNITY AND CONNECTION
We foster a supportive and inclusive environment where members share knowledge, encouragement, and a love for the art and sport of dressage.
PARTNERSHIP AND RESPECT
The horse-rider relationship is central to everything we do. We uphold compassion, respect, and ethical horsemanship in every interaction.
EXCELLENCE THROUGH EFFORT
We value dedication, resilience, and the pursuit of personal bests, whether in training, competition, or daily riding.
CELEBRATION OF MILESTONES
From first rides to personal breakthroughs, we honor and highlight the growth, accomplishments, and stories that define each individual journey.
Why We Show: Progress with Purpose
Competing in dressage is more than earning a score; it’s about setting goals, marking progress, and deepening the partnership between horse and rider. Whether you’re riding in a schooling show for the first time or aiming for a personal best in a recognized class, competition offers structure, feedback, and motivation to grow. Each test is a learning opportunity that supports not only individual development but also strengthens our broader dressage community. By participating in shows, riders contribute to the vitality of ADA, help sustain high-quality events, and ensure continued access to education, awards, and outreach. At ADA, we celebrate every step into the arena as part of the lifelong journey of learning and connection that defines our sport.

What a spring!
The ADA hosted four schooling shows across the Valley this season, reaching from Dale Creek Equestrian in Litchfield Park to Central Arizona Riding Academy in Queen Creek to Carefree Farms in north Phoenix. Thank you to every rider, volunteer, and facility that made this series possible. We will round out the 2026 schooling show series this fall with two additional shows.
